- Please take extra care of the keys and fob. Lost keys or fob will incur a replacement fee of $200.
- There is a Nest Doorbell camera set up outside the home. It allows communication should there be any check-in problems.

- This unit is on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. No elevators are available.

Policies and Rules
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed. There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in the home and all common spaces of the complex. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation plus any additional cleaning charges.
- No pets allowed per HOA policy. There is a strict NO PET POLICY for guests and tenants. Bringing a pet will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- No weapons allowed on the premises.
- Main space is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Lofted spaces are NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

- Please place furniture and any items back in their original place.
