  • You will have access to the entire home with keyless entry using a personalized code.
  • Please respect check-in and check-out times.
  • Please take extra care of the keys and fob. Lost keys or fob will incur a replacement fee of $200.
  • There is a Nest Doorbell camera set up outside the home. It allows communication should there be any check-in problems.

Property Access

  • You will have access to the entire home.
  • You will have access to the community seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and paid laundry facility.
  • This unit is on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. No elevators are available.
  • The private balcony is accessible from the living room.

Policies and Rules

  • No parties or events allowed.
  • No smoking allowed. There is a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in the home and all common spaces of the complex. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation plus any additional cleaning charges.
  • No pets allowed per HOA policy. There is a strict NO PET POLICY for guests and tenants. Bringing a pet will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation.
  • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
  • No unregistered guests allowed.
  • No weapons allowed on the premises.
  • Main space is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Lofted spaces are NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age.
  • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
  • Please respect the noise curfew.
  • Please turn off the AC when you go out.
  • Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for damages.
  • Please place furniture and any items back in their original place.
  • Please take the trash out before you leave.
  • Please observe and follow posted Hot Tub and Pool Rules.
